🔧 Responsibilities:

Assist in building and configuring CMDB, Discovery, and service maps

Support data normalization and CI relationship modeling

Write and maintain scripts and workflows under guidance

Collaborate in agile team environments and participate in sprint tasks

Contribute to platform documentation and QA efforts
✅ Requirements:

1–2 years of development experience (ServiceNow exposure preferred)

Understanding of CMDB, ITSM, or ITOM concepts
-
Basic scripting experience (JavaScript or equivalent)

Eagerness to work in agile, fast-paced delivery teams

Strong communication and learning mindset
