🔧 Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain CMDB and Discovery configurations

Align implementations with CSDM standards and best practices

Assist in service mapping initiatives and CI class modeling

Collaborate in agile ceremonies and work closely with global teams

Interface directly with clients during sprints and demo sessions
✅ Requirements:

3–5 years ServiceNow experience (CMDB/ITOM modules)

Exposure to consulting or client delivery environments

Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), ServiceNow Workflows, and integrations

Strong understanding of CSDM, Discovery patterns, and data model alignment

Familiarity with agile delivery tools and processes
🎓 Nice to Have Certifications:

ServiceNow CSA

ServiceNow Discovery / CMDB Implementation Specialist
