Our client a premiere ServiceNow Consulting Firm is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations across CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. This is a client-facing role ideal for professionals with deep ServiceNow ITOM expertise and experience delivering solutions in agile consulting environments.

🔧 Responsibilities:

Lead technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping)
Guide implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CI data modeling
Conduct Discovery tuning, MID Server configuration, and data integrity checks
Partner with client stakeholders and agile delivery teams to define scalable solutions
Mentor junior developers within the Karachi-based team

✅ Requirements:

6+ years ServiceNow platform experience with strong ITOM/CMDB focus
Proven success in client-facing consulting roles
Hands-on expertise with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM
Proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience working in agile/Scrum environments

🎓 Nice to Have Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery or CMDB
ITIL Foundation
